Incident/Fire Report Request

All requests for fire report copies must be made in writing. Please fill out the Fire Report Request form or provide the following information in a written request:

 Date of occurence 
 Approximate time of the fire 
 Address or location of the fire

A fire report fee of $3.00 and a self addressed stamped envelope must accompany the request. Fees must be in the form of check or money order payable to Springfield Township Fire Department.

Normally, the fire report copy will be sent within 3-5 business days.
